• For the best results, please upload a high-quality photo with good lighting. Images should be unfiltered (no screenshots or filters) and show a full-body or half-body pose, with no major features cropped out.
  
• Each illustration is created to closely reflect the original photo.

Turnaround Time

Within 2 business days of purchase, you’ll receive an email requesting your reference image. Once the image is received, your illustration will be completed within 15 business days.
